Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 10)

  • Mobilization and recruitment of beneficiaries into ITEZE IMBERE programme as well as beneficiary management at the selected training institutions. 
  • Oversee training of the recruited beneficiaries in collaboration with the selected training partners, including quality assurance of the trainings.
  • Provide training on entrepreneurship skills, building capacities, conducting Business Development Services trainings.
  • Provision of Business Development Services support to the beneficiaries during the Business Incubation phase.
  • Offer the Business Development Services support which will include accounting, legal and marketing services to the beneficiaries who will transition to business development. 
  • Facilitation of beneficiaries to value chain actors/market linkages.
  • Support activities for Phase 1 of the programme such as Engagement with Vocational Training Institutions in vetting management visits, collection of completion letters, etc. this includes all activities not in Business Development Services.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the programme and performance. 
  • Provide timely and effective program documentation, Database management and reporting of the Programme activities and performance, including success stories and testimonials.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of any other CSR activities.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


Experience and skills in : 

  • Project management, monitoring, and evaluation 
  • Entrepreneurship training skills
  • Sales/Freelance/Small business development/Marketing and promotion activities on field.
  • Customer service/Relationship Management.
  • Supporting development of micro and small businesses, start-up management
  • Analysis & Decision making skills
  • Oral &written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
